FAQ

FAQ — 30-Day Float Challenge

1. Do I need to be advanced to join?

No. The challenge is designed for all levels. You’ll build the foundations step by step — compression, shoulder mechanics, timing, breath, and brain drills— so the float becomes accessible no matter where you're starting.

2. I can’t handstand yet… is this still for me?

Yes! Learning how to float is an incredible foundation to build your handstand! You don’t need to already know the technique — you’ll learn it progressively.

3. What if I fall behind or miss days?

No stress. Life happens.
You have 6 weeks of access to complete the 30 days. And if you need even more time, you can choose to extend your access for an optional extra month.

4. How much time do I need each day?

Most practices are 15–25 minutes, with a few longer days. It’s designed to fit into a busy schedule while still helping you build real progress.

5. Is this safe if I have wrist or shoulder sensitivities?

Yes — the challenge integrates brain-based mobility and nervous-system prep to help your body feel safer and stronger. You’ll learn warm-ups, regressions, and technique adjustments so you can practice with confidence.
(If you have an existing injury, please listen to your body or consult your provider.)

6. Do I need any equipment?

Just a yoga mat and a wall. A pair of yoga blocks and a strap can help with some drills, but they’re optional.

7. What happens after I sign up?

You’ll immediately get access to your member portal on Systeme.io, where Day 1 is ready for you. You’ll also receive your welcome email with the full structure, guidance, and tips to get started.

8. How is this different from a normal yoga challenge?

This challenge uses brain-based movement strategies — vision, vestibular drills, cerebellum activation, reflex work, and intentional motor patterning — to make floating lighter, faster, and more repeatable.
It’s not just more strength and mobility training… it’s smarter training.

9. What if I’m already flexible but still can’t float?

Flexibility alone isn’t enough — floating requires timing, compression, spatial awareness, and coordinated strength. This challenge helps bridge that gap so your flexibility becomes usable and your float feels controlled.

10. Is there any community support?

Yes! You’ll get access to our private community (if included in this round) where you can share progress, ask questions, and stay motivated.

11. Will this help with handstands or press handstands?

Absolutely. Floating builds the exact foundations you need: compression, scapular control, breath management, and balance awareness. Many practitioners notice their inversions improve naturally.

12. Can I join again next month?

Yes — many participants do the challenge more than once to refine technique.
And if you want extra time, you can extend your access for €30 for another month.

13. Is there a refund policy?

You have 5 days to try the program or your money back. But I’m confident you’ll love the journey and feel the progress.
